Dear Diary,
I don't believe I've told you this, but I made student council. I made bookmarks to campaign my being president and they are so funny! They say "Vote for Em! Not for them!" "Emily record for president!" And the other ones say, well they don't say anything because you have to read them! Well the other ones have an acronym written on them. The acronym is my name. E = Excellent M = marvelous I = intelligent L = likeable Y = yours for president. I also wrote a speech. I don't remember what it says though. tomorrow I have to read it to the entire fifth grade.
Dear Diary,
Today I was sitting int he hall helping Mariah with multiplication problems. Arthur was staring at me so I said "Boo." He said, "What." And this kept going back in forth for 5 min. So I just ignored him and he goes, "What, you scared little b____!" That made me so mad. Then I say, "Whatever!" Then he said, "Go to h___!" My teacher didn't have time for me to tell her so nobody found out.

I remember the cursing kid, and while I know I had a flair for the dramatic and apparently stretching the truth sometimes, I would bet this was completely accurate.
