[first diary] Hey Diary! It's me! Boy have I got stuff to tell year. [much larger font] JACKSON ADMITTED THAT HE LIKES ME LIKES ME!
[second diary] I've been thinking of marrying a certain person named Andrew. He was in my first grade class. I think he is very, very, charming, handsome, and sweet. I hope that he is in my class next year and as far as school will go. Because I love Andrew very much. Even though he might not be in my class I'll love him. I love him dearly. I love him so much. I hope that he knows that I love him with all my heart. He is a wonderful boy. I hope that he knows that during recess, lunch, and class I admire him. That I probably never ever will stop loving him. Andrew, Andrew, all I ever think about is Andrew!

As I was going through my diaries, this date (and the next one) had entries in two different diaries. Weird. Apparently, I was conflicted in my love interests, too.
Andrew was one of my best friends all the way throughout high school and into college, when we drifted apart as people do when they grow up. He has read this himself, and it was something we joked about a lot in our teenage years. Also, I really thought I wrote this in first grade, but apparently, I was ten at the time.
